I am an England Boxing Coach & Level 2 Gym Instructor
I have been coaching in the sport of Amateur Boxing since 2005 - As a local resident I can see the positive impact this club has on the young people in the area; This is the ultimate reason I am a part of it. It's not about glamour and success - its about giving local people positive and constructive activity; that is what this club is all about.
A former boxer, fitness enthusiast and great believer in the young people as the leaders of tomorrow.
I will support the development of every member of our club, supporting growth and participation.
I am easy going and an open minded person - I deliver fun and effective training sessions as well as one to one sessions and private group sessions

Bill Lawrence
FOUNDER OF WINDMILL ABC
Bill Lawrence founded the club over 20 years ago.
As a Senior England Boxing Coach, having boxed himself representing the British Forces (Army).
Originally qualified as an assistant coach in November 1982
Coached at St Philips boxing club from 1983 - 1987
Completed his full coaching badge in May 1987
Founded the Windmill Amateur boxing club in 1988
Bill has provided nothing less than excellent services for the sport of Amateur Boxing throughout the years. Bill Sadly passed away in March 2015 - we will miss him but always remember the positive impact he provided for the local and wider communities.
